She is a Life Member of the Women's Missionary Society of the African Methodist Episcopal Church. She has served as the YPD Director of the 2nd Episcopal District,  as YPD Director of the Western North Carolina Conference, as a local YPD Director and as a local WMS President and as Chairperson of the Constitution and By-Laws Committee of the 2nd Episcopal District W.M.S. 1st lady Easley has also served as President of the Second Episcopal District Ministers' Spouses, Widows and Widowers Organization and as Recording Secretary of CONN-M-SWAWO + PK'S.

She was an Accredited Visitor to the 15th Assembly of the World Methodist Conference in Nairobi, Kenya; the 16th Assembly of the World Methodist Conference held in Singapore, Malaysia, and Delegate to the 17th Assembly of the World Methodist Conference held in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.   She is a member of the Wilberforce University Alumni Association and the Religious Conference Management Association. She is a charter member (1984) of the Research Triangle Park Chapter, Links Inc. and a participating founder of "Friends of The Theatre" at North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC. She served for 8 years as the Chaplain of Prince George's County Maryland Chapter, Links, Inc. transferring to the Nashville Chapter, Links, Inc. in 2000 where she currently serves as Corresponding Secretary.
